Yes, we offer discounts on long term bookings, group bookings and direct bookings. Please contact us directly for our best rate, this can be done via email or phone.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets in any of our properties.

No smoking is permitted in any of our properties, smokers will have to leave the property and smoke outside. Any signs of smoking inside may result in the loss of your damage deposit, this is extended to vaping inside the apartments.

No, we let you the entire property for the duration of your stay. No one else has access, and you are always notified at least 24 hours prior should our cleaning or maintenance team require access.

Yes, we hold a pre-authorised deposit of £200 for our 2 / 3 bedroom apartments. While we hold a £100 damage deposit for our 1 bedroom suites, this is refunded within 14 days of check-out unless any damages have been caused which would be communicated prior to charging.

Yes we allow take-aways and small deliveries during your stay. Please be aware that for larger items we would ask that you inform us prior to ordering. We cannot accept any responsibility for items that arrive before or after your stay.

We collect a 50% deposit at time of booking more than 30 days before arrival, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
